I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, with good facilities and a balcony view of the park, although it felt a bit old and slightly small, but for the price, it was reasonable. The service was extremely helpful overall, from the back of house staff to providing a rotating fan for my room. The location, while vintage and in need of modernizing, was very convenient, just opposite Place de la Constitution with views of Plateau Bourbon. The dining experience, though complete and of continental style, was not worth the high price paid. The facilities were decent and provided what I needed during my stay.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms had an amazing view of the Christmas market, and my top-floor room with wrap-around windows and a balcony was just perfect.
